I was really looking forward to my stay at this hotel because of its beautiful facade, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas. The public spaces were stunning, but the room was a big letdown with outdated furnishings and a less-than-pleasant smell. The staff was friendly enough, but service was lacking overall.
