the reception staff seemed friendly enough, i suppose.

The room i got was small. I reminded me of i was staying in a closet, not a hotel. also, the advertised sea view turned out to be more of a glimpse of the ocean between two buildings. i certainly didn't expect that for the price i paid.

I was happy with the room upgrade I received at check-in (it was a nice surprise). The staff was very friendly and efficient, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to both the sea and the town center.

It was difficult to find my way to the room. I heard other guests mention this too. The heating was constantly on very high, too warm. The lack of housekeeping was disappointing. There was no cleaning .

the location is excellent. it is convenient to almost everywhere in the city. i found it very quiet inside the hotel. the hotel's own garden is beautiful!

the room was very small and not cleaned properly. i saw torn bed sheets and paint splatters all over the floor (they looked like blood). there were sticky stains on the table and in the bathroom. i think it should at least be clean.
